Start with triage, not automatic replies
A good first step is to identify conversations with an open question, commitment or recent inbound message. The agent can summarize why each thread may need attention before you decide what to do.
Keep the source context attached
“Needs a reply” is only useful if the agent can show what the person asked and what happened previously. Nilyo keeps each provider conversation as structured context rather than merging everything into an opaque text dump.
“Which LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email conversations appear to be waiting on me?”
“Show only conversations where someone asked me a direct question.”
“Summarize the five most important threads, but do not send anything.”
Then choose the right channel
Once you understand the open threads, you can ask the agent to draft or take a supported action in the original channel. Cross-channel context does not mean the agent should silently move a conversation somewhere else.
Common questions
Does Nilyo decide automatically who I should reply to?
No. The agent follows your request and available context. Triage can surface likely open threads; you remain in control of follow-up actions.
